Gherry is a superstar of the app and the center of the Care Circle. All is focused on helping Gherry coordinate every detail of health and care easily and efficiently.

Everything related to Gherry is organized within the Care Circle. You can invite all people involved in Gherry’s care to join the Care Circle – family, friends, or paid caregivers. You can add as many members to your Care Circle as you wish – the number of members in your Care Circle is unlimited so that everyone you want can be part of your little care community.

In case you have more Gherries – no problem! All their information and tasks are synchronized in a fluid care ecosystem. With everyone connected, you can quickly and efficiently coordinate everything related to health, care and all daily activities.

Don’t forget that only one person pays the subscription for Care Circle, and it is absolutely free for all other members.

In case you have several Gherries, you can see which profile is selected.

Add medications here. Once you set up their intake schedules, they will show up here.

Add and schedule activities in the Calendar. The Dashboard Calendar shows the activities for the selected day.

Clicking Home will allow you to choose which profile you would like to see. You also have the option for the combined version with All dashboards.

Choose the trackers relevant to your needs. Click Track to activate them.

The active trackers will show up here. They show the condensed information: last measured value and time of tracking, and the next scheduled measuring if it is set.

Click on each tracker to track and to access their detailed information.

Press the trackers you want to appear on the Dashboard and drag them in this field.

On the top, you have the tracker overview with the last measured value, the time of the last measurement, and the next one if scheduled.

You can read a short information about the condition the particular tracker is measuring.

Click here to track. You can add current or any past time in case you didn’t record it at that moment.

You can program the measuring and set a reminder for that. You can choose the reoccurrence that applies to your case.

We are all different. That’s why for certain trackers you can set your own alert values.

A cool graph will show you the overview of the measured values in the selected period of time. You can choose weekly, monthly, yearly or complete view.

You can filter the view, and choose to see only the measured inputs alerts.

You can easily share the reports with your health care providers.

The list will show all the inputs for the selected period of time with their details: measured values and alerts if they are out of normal range, tracking date and time, if the tracking was scheduled but skipped, and who added the input.

In case you want to edit or delete some of the inputs, you can do it by clicking the three dots menu.

Here are all scheduled medications for the current day. You can see the planned intake times and the quantities.

Record your actions: mark as taken, postpone for 15 minutes, or skip it. If you decide to skip it, you can leave a comment why for the record.

To see all related to the particular medication, click more information. There you can edit all details, change the intake times, stop the intake, archive or delete the medication. You can also see the complete history of intakes.

See all medication here. Some medications don’t have scheduled intakes, but are taken when necessary. You can see all your archived medications there too.

This is the look of your Dashboard when all app features are active.

You can access the app Settings here. There you can control your profile, account, subscription, app language, notifications, and more.

The Alerts if any and Medication intake reminders will show up here.

You can see the overview of the trackers you selected to appear on the Dashboard here. You can see the last measured values, the time and date, and the next measuring if scheduled. If some values are out of the normal range, the tracker will be red and clearly indicate that something is not ok with a warning sign.

If there are any alerts to be aware of, they will be listed here. Their duration is set for the day (24 hours time frame). At midnight, they start again from zero.

If you have scheduled the medications intakes, here you can see what are next medications to take and at what time exactly.

You can mark the medication as taken, you can postpone the intake for 15 minutes, or you can skip the intake. If you decide to skip, you can write a reason for doing it so, just to have it as a reminder of the particular situation.

Click more information and see all history if you want to go to the medication’s page and see all details related to it.

On your Dashboard, you can see Upcoming activities for today. You can quickly select another date for a single day overview.

Click See all to go to the full Calendar, where you can see and edit all activities, or add new ones.

The list shows all the planned activities for the day, including the scheduled medications intakes and tracking times for programmed trackers.

In case you have more Gherries, and you select All Dashboards in the Home, this Calendar will show inputs for all of them, so you can have a good overview of all what is planned for the day.
